You can submit an application online through our website. Simply select the floor plan you want and follow the application steps.
Typically, we require a government-issued photo ID, proof of income, and possibly previous rental history or references.
Applicants must earn at least 2.5x the monthly rent and pass a credit/background check.
We charge a non-refundable consumer report fee of $13/applicant.
Our security deposit is $500.
Standard lease terms run 12 to 15 months. Shorter/longer terms or lease-renewal details can be discussed with leasing staff.
Early lease termination and lease-breaking policies vary — contact leasing for current policy, fees, and required notice.
Rent can be paid online (or via alternate methods if needed). Late-fee policy and grace period will be specified in your lease.
Utilities are typically not included — residents set up and pay their own electricity, gas, and internet/cable. Water, sewer, and trash are based on usage and added to your resident ledger for convenience. There is also a monthly $5 pest control fee that is added to your resident ledger.
Every apartment includes modern finishes: stainless-steel appliances, quartz counters, viynl flooring (or concrete if on 1st floor), in-unit washer/dryer, and more. Select units feature walk-in closets, balconies/patios, and upgraded cabinetry.

We are pet-friendly. Up to two pets (cats or dogs) per home are allowed. Pet fees, pet rent, and breed/size restrictions may apply.
We require residents to carry renters-insurance liability coverage (suggested minimum: e.g., $100,000) to protect both tenants and community.
Residents can submit maintenance requests via our online portal or call the office. For emergencies, we offer 24/7 on-call maintenance support.
Subletting or long-term guests are not allowed.
Yes — to maintain a peaceful community, noise restrictions / quiet hours / common-area behavior rules are enforced.
Tenant guests may stay short-term per our guest policy. Guests must follow parking guidelines and community rules. Overnight or extended stays should be reported to management.
Standard units are unfurnished. For furnished or short-term lease requests (e.g. 6–9 months), contact leasing to check availability and pricing.
Yes — we offer individual bike storage and rentable storage units for residents needing extra space.

We provide a secure package room with cold-storage for deliveries like food, flowers, perishables, etc.
